Refund & Exchange Policy
At KFUBUO, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality products. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange items. Please carefully inspect your items upon receipt, and if there are any issues, contact us within 15 days of receiving your parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot resolve cases reported after this period.
We want to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience, so here’s everything you need to know about our Return, Refund, and Exchange process.
Refund Policy:
Order Cancellation
If your order has not been shipped, we will gladly cancel it and issue a refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it during transit. You may return the parcel to us once you receive it, and we will issue a refund once we have received the returned item.
Size Issues
We advise customers to confirm their body measurements before making a purchase. If the size does not fit, and you wish to return the item for a refund, please contact us for further instructions. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received in our warehouse.
Undelivered Packages
We cannot issue refunds for packages that show as “delivered” but were not received.
Incorrect or Unclaimed Addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, we will resend the package at your expense. Shipping fees for resending packages range from USD $10 to $15 per piece.
Personal Preferences & Non-Quality Issues
If you wish to return an item for reasons such as personal preference or dissatisfaction (such as "bad quality" or "not as expected"), we charge a 10% restocking fee. Please note that the product details and material are clearly listed on the product page, so we encourage you to review them carefully before purchasing.
Return Address
Please do not return items to the address on your package. This is not our return address, and we are not responsible for any returns sent to the wrong address. Please contact us first for proper return instructions.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot provide shipping labels for returns.
Exchange Policy:
If you received an item in the wrong size and would like to exchange it, we offer the following two options:
Place a New Order
You can place a new order for the correct size. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund you for the original order.
Direct Exchange
You can request an exchange, and we will send you the correct size after receiving the returned item. Please email us to let us know which item and size you would like to exchange, and let us know your preferred method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct one or issue a store credit (coupon) of equal value. Please email us with pictures of the item(s) and a brief description of the issue.
Quality issues include things like broken seams, unsewn areas, or damaged segments.
Non-quality issues include items with minor defects like kink marks, press marks, loose threads, or the wrong size selected.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were authorized by the customer to be left at the front door. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address and avoid using P.O. Boxes.
